Fenix 7 pro SS restarts during run.

Hello! I have a problem with my fenix 7 pro SS.

- While running outdoors, the watch restarted twice during work, this run was according to the planned training plan, which then disappears. This was not the first time during a running workout.

- While I was running, I had the HRM Pro chest strap connected to the watch, after the restart the watch started to transmit data from the strap incorrectly.

Firmware 19.41

Does anyone else have similar problems? How can I solve it?

This issue has been going on for months. Not related to the blue triangle thing. I backdated my software and it's working properly again.

Unfortunately i dont have a solution yet, but i did experience similar thing with 20.14 beta firmware. So I wouldnt reccomend to update to new beta firmware either.

I wasnt even able to complete my run since my watch kept bootlooping every time it paired to my chest strap. Even when I disconnected my chest strap bootloops returned after about 800 meters, so i just finished my run without tracking... I was also running according to a training plan.

My watch model is Fenix 7S solar.

FWIW I've only had the reboot once and it was one of the few occasions that I wasn't wearing a chest strap as I was walking, not running.

Yes, I read a similar thread. In beta version 20.** this problem was not fixed.

Off. It happened to me for the 4th or 5th time since bought it. From 17.28 to the latest version. My only observation is that it seems more likely to restart in cold weather. Maybe it's a coincidence, I don't know.

It happen to me too. My guess it's depends on cold weather because of battery. It is really annoying.

Well it was cold-ish about 0 degrees C. and my battery was also a bit low around 15% when i started my run.

I have this problem also with my Fenix 7 PRO SS. It happened, when I'm used navigation with a created track during the run (Trail-Run). The Software Version is 19.41. I'm sure that this problem just appeared with the Software version 19.41, because before there wasn't this problem. And I'm using the navigation function really a lot with my trail-runs.

It is part of a widespread issue that begun few days ago. Frozen blue triangle, endless re-booting, absence of satellite detection. Originally starting with a bad CPE FILE installed with the last update. Garmin already came with many different fix that all only created more problems. Some watches , like mine, became totally useless. In my case I was in a long hike in a remote area and had to backtrack as my backup plan to use my offline map on my phone could not have enough battery for the remain 6 days. Very frustrating.
