Factory reset is not fixing boot loop issue on my Fenix 7x

I'm not sure what to do at this point besides never ever buy another garmin product. I have tried all of the steps provided by garmin to clear the bootloop issue and It doesn't work! I have tried the steps to be able to access it as a USB device on my computer and it never shows up as a drive for me to delete the file they sent to my watch. I am so over this companies products, terrible development cycles and terrible support.
