HYROX Training programe including pace

Hi everybody, I participate in HYROX races and I am trying to find a way to add a timing goal per station which gives me real life feedback on my pace.

HYROX is an event where you run 1 km followed by a functional workout, 8 times in a row. I know how to put in such a workout, but now I want to add a goal time per station as each station has a different time goal. I want to see how much time I have gained or lost per station compared to my goal. 

So for example, my goal is: 1 km run: 5:30 min; Skierg: 4:30 min; 1 km run: 5:30 min; Sledpush: 2:45 min; etc.

After I have run the first km, I push the lap button and I ran it in 5:15 min, I want to see: off pace: +0:15. After I have done the skierg and pushed the lap button in 4:50 min, I want to see: off pace: -0:05. etc. 

Is there a way to do this?

    1. Roxfit app transfers your sim training splits from their app into garmin connect which you can then download onto your watch as a workout. You then press split button on watch every time you start and finish the run section and the split in between is the 8 stations. At the end of your sim session it will save on your watch but also upload back to the Roxfit app to see how you got on against pace targets. There’s also a HYROX view you can download onto your watch and you’ll get realtime feedback if you are too much over or under to pace targets.
