Fenix 7 sapphire solar stops tracking activity without warning

I have noticed latelry that my Fenix 7 Sapphyre Solar stops recording hiking activity without any type of warning, visual our auditory.

I realise it after a while, only because I look at the map on the screen and see that tracking has stopped. It has happened several times. I restart the activity, but tracking does not continue (the red line stays where the watch stopped the activity by itself). Yesterday, totally by chance, I realized that after about 10 km (4 hours) the watch did not allow me to use the point-and-go feature on the map because it did not have enough memory available. It was only about 30 mins after this that the recording stopped.

I don't have any music uploaded or apps running in parallel, only the native hiking map, nor am I following a pre-loaded track.

I did not have this issue for more than a year. It seems to be something new that happens after an update.

Any clues or solutions to this problem?

I'm here for the same problem. Two times now I've tried to record an activity to get closer to that badge and despite all the complex effort there was no record. It just mysteriously stops recording. My worst fear is to factory reset the watch.
