I just bought and received a new 7s Pro Sapphire Solar watch.
I plugged the charging cable in and brought it up to a full charge.
I disconnected the charging cable and it appears that part of the watch's charging part stayed connected to the cable.
Now, the charging port and cable do not work... the cable does not want to stay physically connected to the port.
I can connect the two together, but nothing happens.
I haven't owned one of these watches before, so I don't know if the cable and port look correct or if my assumption is correct.
I highly suspect my assumption is correct
