I have a Fenix 7 running the latest software 19.41 and during activities I usually listen to music via Spotify and to the Fenix's audio prompt commands on my aftershockz headphones. Normally, the music would reduce its volume for each audio prompt and after the end of an audio prompt return to normal volume. Since a couple of weeks, after several normal audio commands, the music remains attenuated and no more audio commands are played. Sometimes later, eg. when I pause and re-start the music via my headset or when I turn the headset off and on again, the buffered audio prompts are suddenly played one after the other, although they seem to be out of order. My mobile device is an iPhone 11 running iOS 18.1.1 and the iPhone is connected to both the Fenix and the Aftershokz headphones.
Please advise if there is anything I can do to resolve this issue or if I can provide any additional information that may help to identify the cause.
