F7x Pro notifications

I'm on the latest software, using android 15, notifications were working fine but suddenly yesterday they stopped coming through to my watch.

Watch syncs fine, so it's connected to phone.

Cleared cache, toggled notifications on and off, even did a full reset of watch, but nothing changed.

Anyone else had similar or knowledgeable of fixes?

For me its the opposite, i now get notifications even when the watch is in do not disturb mode with notifications disabled. Also Android 15.

I am sorry to hear you are having this issue. For this, there are some initial steps I would recommend trying.

Ensure the app is left open and running in the background on the phone.
Ensure background app refresh is enabled.
Ensure the phone OS is on the latest version, and the Connect app is up to date.
Ensure the notifications are enabled in the watch. Menu, Connectivity, Phone, Smart Notifications.
Ensure there is no battery save or low power mode enabled on the phone.

I would also recommend checking the phone settings, are set for notifications.

If the notifications are still having trouble, I would recommend trying the following steps to pair with the phone again from scratch.

Uninstall the Connect Mobile app
Clear the phone cache and history
Ensure the watch does not appear in the phone's Bluetooth menu. If it is, please remove the device
Powercycle the watch and phone. To do this, hold the Light button until this shuts off. Then power on again
Reinstall the Connect Mobile app
Try the pairing again ( Be sure there are no other Bluetooth enabled device nearby)

The pair again, with the app, and test the notifications.
