Fenix 7 pro SS battery drain

On the end of November I bought a fenix 7 pro Sapphire solar 47mm. Since I installed v19.34 I noticed that the battery is draining very quick, up to 12% each day.

pulse ox is on Manual

wifi is turned off

Screen is at 10% brightness with wrist based turning on

I don’t know where the drain is coming from, to me it sounds like some software issue.

Garmin is asking a premium price, for a product that doesn’t seem to produce the battery life they claim. If I have to charge my watch every 4-5 days I’m better off buying an Apple Watch Ultra 2.

I'm really disappointed, hope someone can help me.

Just here to say that I am experiencing the same, but I guarantee that before the watch was really lasting 2 weeks... really seems like software issue that is still pending on some devices

except for the battery drain, everything works for 100%. I just installed the 19.38 update, I will see what that one does.

Did you try to disable incident detection?

Just one note to mention. After turning off the incident detection you should make a hard reset of the watch. Just hold the light button for approx.30 seconds till the watch switch off. See the vide below. With this reset you will not loose any data so it is safe.

As far as I’m aware not that much, but the drain seems to be a bit better
