Fenix 7 buttons - spare parts

The microswitch and the button are two completely different parts. Do you really know, and are you sure that the microswitch needs to be replaced? Or is it just the mechanical button that is stuck due to dirt, salt, or sweat deposit?

yes, I know that buttons and microswitch are two different parts. In my case button is working.

I have checked the microswitch (after disassembling the watch) and I can confirm, that microswitch is corrupted - there is mechanical issue within microswitch (there is no "click" sound) and the electrical switch is not working correctly (measured with an electronic multimeter - I'm electrical engineer).

Fenix 7 has a microswitch outside the main board and there is an easy solution - replace the microswitch. But Garmin has no spare part (information from service center).

I think, there is only one solution - find damaged device and take of the microswitch. I'm disappointed that Garmin can't solve this problem.

Otherwise, frankly, I do no not know many (better told any) major companies publishing the part numbers of all components on their electronics boards. At least not in the last ~50 years or so.

However, if you google the term "microswitch garmin fenix 7", you get some hits that seem to be relevant, so give it a try. For example Garmin Fenix 7 7S 7X Pro Internal Button Micro Switch (Power, Lap, Menu, Back, Up, Down) - though I have no idea whether it really is the right part. Also, having the watch replaced by Garmin may be less risky, and not much more expensive than that, even if your watch is out of the warranty.

No. A second, and the better option IMVHO is to contact Garmin Support.
