HELP! Fenix 7X Sync Issues: Manual Syncing Required and Excessive Delay on Garmin Connect

Hey team! ;)

I’ve been using the Garmin Fenix 7X for about a year now and haven’t changed anything recently. However, for the past week and a half, the watch no longer syncs reliably with Garmin Connect. My sleep data and other metrics have gaps in daily values. I now have to manually start the sync, and even then, the synchronization process takes significantly longer than before. Previously, it would take about 15 seconds, but now, manually triggered in the app, it takes over 6 minutes. Afterward, I receive a message stating that the sync was successful but took an unusually long time.

Interestingly, app notifications like Gmail still work perfectly, so the Bluetooth connection seems stable. I genuinely have no idea what’s going on.

Software: Everything is up to date.

Can anyone help troubleshoot this beyond basic steps like restarting the watch and phone?
