Here are working links found on the incremental size v.17.28, vol. 2 Mb.
Need full firmware about 30 MB.
If you regularly update your watch via Garmin Express on Windows, you can get the firmware in the hidden folder C:\ProgramData\Garmin\CoreService\Downloads\Firmware.
