can NOT connect to any phone - Fenix 7 pro sapphire solar

I own a Fenix 7 Pro Sapphire Solar, but I am unable to connect it to my phone.

I’ve reset the watch and erased all data multiple times. However, after selecting "Pair phone to enable connected features," I still can't connect to any phone.

If I choose to skip phone pairing, I can use the watch in standalone mode. But even then, I can't connect to any iPhone or Wi-Fi via the connectivity features.

I purchased the watch from Amazon during my trip to the USA, and now I’m in Turkey. I've been struggling with this issue for over a month. And I can use my phone offline. I can connect and upload my activities only connecting with cable to my MacBook.

How can I resolve it? Please help.
