The new watch already had different button responses. From double-click, stronger button, softer button and so on. The worst thing was that with the down button, you could feel the click but it didn't switch yet. Somehow I got used to it with time.
Now the up button has lost its haptics. It's really annoying because you have to look at the screen to know it's working. Before, I would click three times and I knew I had reached a certain point in the menu. Now I have to look at the screen.
The local authorised repairer claims that as long as the button has a function, it is not subject to complaint. I left the watch with them anyway so they can try to clean the buttons.
What's left for me to do if Garmin insist that everything is ok. I mean, the watch costs a lot of money. Almost 1,000. Isn't it normal to expect the buttons to work?
