Hey, I bought a new Fenix 7x Pro sapphire yesterday. The watch is set to MTP mode and has 19.34 firmware. I tried it on two different laptops—one with 15.1.1 and the other with 14.7.1 macOS. On those two laptops, my trusty Fenix5 is fully detected, but the Fenix7 is not. I tried two different cables—the same results.
