7X PRO SAPHIRE SOLAR BUTTONS NOT WORKING AFTER UPDATE 19.34

Hi team , After updating the watch to firmware 19.34 buttons start clicking by them selves and now only the touch is working , how can i downgrade the sorftware and get the watch working like before ?

Before downgrading, try factory resert of the watch.
1. backup the watch in Garminc Connect app
2. do factory reset of the watch
3. re connect the watch to Connect app and restore the watch from backup.
