Permanent message Phone Battery Low Fenix 7s

I have a permanent message on my watch screen. Can't do anything but Light. Can not seem to turn the watch off to be able to restart. I have disconnected watch from my phone, disabled Bluetooth, it is not paired to the App anymore and still the watch screen says Phone Battery Low. If I charge the watch or phone nothing happens. Status stays the same. Please advise.

    I am sorry to hear you are having this issue. For this, I would recommend trying a factory reset. You will need to power the watch off. For this, you may need to hold the Upper Left Light button for a full minute or 2, until the watch shuts off. Then complete the reset with these steps: 

    1. Ensure the watch is powered off.
    2. Press and hold BACK and START/STOP.
    3. Press LIGHT to power the watch on while holding these two buttons.
    4. After the first beep release START/STOP.
    5. After the second beep release the remaining button.

    If the issue continues, the watch may need to be replaced. For this, you will want to contact Garmin Product Support.
