Garmin Fenix 7 Saphir Solar - bottom-right button and reboot not working

Hello,
Owner of a Garmin Fenix 7 Saphir Solar watch since November 2022 (2 years).
My watch bottom-right button is not working anymore:
- I tried holding the watch in cold and in warm water for 10 min and it didn't work
- I tried holding the top-left button to reboot it, and now it's stuck and cannot use the watch.

I bought the watch in Germany and now am based in Australia. I tried to contact the help-desk but no one answers after 1 hour of waiting. I am stuck with no solution with a 1000€ unusable watch that I have only benefited from for 2 years...

Can someone help me please, this is not a great feeling.

As you bought it in Germany, you have 2 years of warranty as far as I know. Did you call Garmin in Germany? A 1 hour wait would be very expensive. Try chat or "call me back" on the German side. They may be able to work something out for you.
