Connection issues

Since only recently, my Fenix 7 randomly started loosing the connection to and then not being able to reconnect with various sensors, e.g. my HRM Pro+ and tempe. This is also true for my headphones (aftershokz aeropex). I have no clue what the reason could be, because this started out of the blue back with the previous software version and is still the case with 19.34.

I tried soft and hard resetting my watch which seemed to help, but then the same problem occurred again. Even after deleting the sensor from my watch cpmpletely and then trying to newly connect doesn't work with my HRM Pro+.

Has anyone stumbled across the same problem and know how to fix this or whether there's a workaround of some sort?

  • Just recently upgraded from fenix 6 pro to fenix 7 pro sapphire. Going crazy trying to connect my aeropex.  trouble shooting headphones and chat with aeropex resulted in issue apparently with fenix 7.  headphones easily connect to my phone and were connected to fenix 6. Need assistance also
