Drain batery

19.34 didn’t seem to fix battery drain on my F7SS, so I contacted Garmin and opened up a service/warranty request. Sent my watch off to Garmin this morning. Wonder what they will say and do. If I get the old one back I will downgrade too I think. 

Garmin-Laurie: 19.34 has definitely not fixed the high battery consumption. The battery drain on my Fenix 7 Pro has risen sharply again after the update. Currently at least 1% per hour after starting a GPS activity. 

Is there any way to go back to the previous version of the fw (if I remember correctly 18.16)? Thank you

Hi, Fenix 7 pro definitely has the battery drain issue too with 19.34. My consumption without any activity is 2 times more compared to before the FW released with fenix 8.

My Solar Fenix 7 have same issue since 18.xx update, even when returning to 17.28 I don't manage to get decent performance. I believe it's eiter a FW update that's not written over when downgrading FW or it's the communication with my phone that has increased. I have not changed anything.

To my feeling is the battery drain higher since the update to 19.34. The battery drain about twice as it was before (about 8-10% per day iso 4%). (Fenix-7)

I also have problems with the map and touch seems to not work well during training....

How do I go back to the previous firmware version?

Why only on Non Pro ?
Sorry but I have the 7 Pro Sapphire Solar and after some workouts, the battery drain is tremenduous. No later than this morning. I had 4 days left, made e 30 minutes activity, that pretty short. Saved it. Soon after, got the alarm that I was at 23h autonomy, which eventually lasted no more than 1 hour and my watch shutted down. 
Thisis just not ok, I'm not going to have to live with my cable in my pocket so to charge when for god knows why, my Fenix decides to kill its battery life.
