Maybe the water was the reason.

Hello 

I'm technician and there is a customer bring watch garmin model FENIX 7S and it's off and not working but I think it's charging. 

But no any display on the screen 

When I connect it with the charger, the charger gives me there is charging. The video in attached. 

Actually I don't want to open until you please give me the correct steps to check first before opening.

    Hello

    I am very sorry to hear the watch is not working. You will not want to open the watch. This would breach any water proofing seal. These types of repairs would be handled by Garmin directly. First, I would recommend trying the following: 

    • Try cleaning the contacts on the back of the watch and cable. For this, we recommend using rubbing alcohol. 
    • If you have not already, we would also recommend trying another cable. 
    • Connect with another port on the computer, as well as a wall outlet. 
    • You can also try a reset, while connected to the power cable: 
    1. Ensure the watch is powered off.
      • You may need to hold LIGHTfor up to 30 seconds to turn the watch off.
    2. Press and hold BACK and START/STOP.
    3. Press LIGHT to power the watch on while holding these two buttons.
    4. After the first beep release START/STOP.
    5. After the second beep release the remaining button.

    If this continues, I would recommend contacting Garmin Product Support.
