Fenix 7 brick after update to 19.34

Hi guys,

After today update to 19.34 my Fenix 7 just die. Is any chance to recover him? Or i need use guarantee?

Having the same issue. After the reboot for the update the device seems a brick and freezes/locks up after a few button presses.

Can do a factory reset but just freezes again after the langues selection…

How long did you wait on the startup screen? Maybe it will startup eventually. I would recommend to wait 15 minutes.

Can do a factory reset but just freezes again after the langues selection. Weird thing is i can use the devices when its connected to a wall-outlet but as soons as its unplugged it freezes.

EDIT: after all the possible resets updating maps in Garmin Express seemed to do a trick(?)

Edit2: nvm, atfter about an hour problems returned but now we also have random reboots.

My Fenix 7x pro restarts during workouts. I've reset the watch but the problem isn't solved.

Developer menu doens't seem to appear when doing that.

After updating mine will no longer connect to anything. Neither Bluetooth nor wifi work. Anybody have any other ideas on what to do? I've done a reset but that hasn't helped

Hello, I am sorry to hear the watch is not responding. If you are not able to reinstall the SW version, I would recommend trying a factory reset with these steps:

Ensure the watch is powered off.
- You may need to hold LIGHTfor up to 30 seconds to turn the watch off.
Press and hold BACK and START/STOP.
Press LIGHT to power the watch on while holding these two buttons.
After the first beep release START/STOP.
After the second beep release the remaining button.

If there is no change, the watch may need to be replaced. For this, I would recommend contacting Garmin Support.
