I am used to doing many breathing sessions during the day and since I wear F7 I use Breathwork activity, but there is a problem whatever breathing technique I use.
Now, for the explanation, let's take the Coherence technique but the same happens with other techniques as well.
As soon as you start Coherence you have a waiting time where the user is asked to relax, then Phase 1 begins where you have a time for inhalation and a time for exhalation. The problem is that at the beginning of each phase the inhalation session is skipped. Ditto for Phase 2 and Phase 3.
