After update to 18.16, Race Glance was all messed up.

At first, my primary race event is disappeared in Race Glance at watch, even though the event still exist in Garmin Connect.

I tried to re-make the race event. after deleting the original one in Garmin Connect. But it didn't works. Sometime it synced but not properly display the event name in Korean.

Sometime it disappeard again, when I add another race event.

Pacepro link also not matched, sometime it matched with different event.

What worked for me was opening the event in the Connect app, click the three dots up right and select "Send to device" and then sync with the watch from the Connect. I also removed the event …

Today I added the race calendar widget into my watch only to find out the race I am aiming for the end of the week is not listed in there, no matter the fact its in my Connect calendar.

I think they (again) broke something with their latest firmware.

What worked for me was opening the event in the Connect app, click the three dots up right and select "Send to device" and then sync with the watch from the Connect. I also removed the event and added it again before I did this, but don't think this step was necessary.

Just had the same thing, primary event disappeared and my next supporting event (after the date of the primary event) was showing as my next race. I turned my watch off and back on, all showing correctly now

After updateing to 18.16 updated, when I reboot my watch, the race events disappear. At first I thought it was a firmware update issue, but based on the watch behavior so far, I suspect it is due to some changes in Garmin Connect syncs (especially calendar events).

Today after a run I had an event that won't be until March 2025 reset like this. firmware 18.16.
Rebooting didn't help.
