why does the watch show the minutes incorrectly?
The time on the phone is set automatically.
The time on the watch is set automatically.
The watch is synchronized with the phone via Bluetooth, the connection is active.
This situation happens every week, only rebooting the watch helps!
Please explain why the watch, which is designed to show the time, does not cope with its task?

    I am sorry to hear you are having this issue. There are a few steps I would recommend trying initially to resolve this. 

    • The latest SW version available for the Fenix 7 series is 18.16. If you have not already, I would recommend updating the watch using Garmin Express. 
    • Be sure also the phone OS and the Connect app are on the latest SW version. 
    • Ensure the watch Time is set to Auto. Menu, System, Time, Ensure Set Time is set to Auto.
    • Be sure the watch app is left open and running in the background on the phone. You will want to ensure background refresh is also enabled for the Connect app. 
    • Avoid using low power more or battery saver on the phone.
