Update 18.14 Fenix 7 Sapphire Solar

good morning everyone yesterday I had the opportunity to update to version 18.14. My question how do I reactivate the ECG? I read on some websites that it has been reactivated, but I can't see it anywhere, can you help me?

If you are not seeing the option to Complete set up> then ECG in the Connect app, you can use these steps to resolve this.
1. Open the Connect app
2. Tap on More
3. Tap on Garmin Devices

Unfortunately no. The ECG function has not been approved for Italy as yet. Garmin ECG App Region Compatibility

If you are not seeing the option to Complete set up> then ECG in the Connect app, you can use these steps to resolve this.

Open the Connect app
Tap on More
Tap on Garmin Devices
Select your watch
In the upper corner select the menu with 3 dots
Select to remove the device
You will also need to remove the watch from the phone's Bluetooth menu
Hard reset the watch. For this, hold the Light button until the watch shuts off, as opposed to selecting power off. Then power the watch on again.
Then place the watch in pairing mode: Menu, Connectivity, Phone, Pair Phone
Launch the Connect app and allow this to walk you through pairing
Once the watch pairing is complete, you should not see the option to Finish SetUp
Then select ECG to set this up

I am Italian, is it also possible to have the ECG function with this procedure in Italy? Because I had heard that it was not yet available in Italy. Thanks
