Recovery time always zero in connect app

Hi, 

I have what seems to be a synching issue of some kind with recovery time only. After an activity, the training readiness will decrease - shows the same on watch and connect app - as it should. However only the watch displays a recovery time. In the training readiness section in the app recovery time is always “low” and displays 0h even when the watch shows a recovery time of 55h. Everything else is syncing normally and displaying same as the watch. 
Does anyone know why this could be?

    I am sorry to hear you are having trouble with the Recover Time. For this, I would recommend some initial steps. 

    • Be sure the phone's OS and the Connect app is on the latest version.

    • Be sure the phone's OS and the Connect app is on the latest version. 
    • Be sure the watch SW is up to date to version 18.14 using Garmin Express
    • Ensure your profile and HR zones are set correctly in the watch.
    • If you have not already, I would also recommend completing a hard reset. For this, hold the Light button until the watch shuts off, as opposed to selecting power off. Then power this on again.
