Fenix 7 Pro System Software 18.14 issues

Hi,

after the update to the 18.14 version I have 2 issues:

the face I was using not works anymore and I had to change it for a new one ( ok it can be just a compatibility problem with the new version)
during the running activity, even if the voice is set to ITALIAN, it speaks in ENGLISH

For the point 2, I also tried to change the language to a different one and then I have set it to ITALIAN again to force the language update, but the issue is still present.

You should have received a Language pack, then search for update, or better connect your watch to a computer Garmin Express.

Hi,

didn't noticed a language pack update and, connecting the watch to the Garmin Express, the only update available was regarding the Maps that I have installed of course.

Where did you downloaded the installer? In which way is possible to update "manually" the Audio Prompt ? Is it just needed to connect via USB the watch to the pc and then you run the Audio Prompt Bundle?

Hello, same issue, running activity setup in French but it speaks in Englush

Hi, problem solved for me following the step below:

1. open garmin connect from the phone

2. change voice language to one that is different by French and English (for example set Spanish)

2. after that, back to the main menù of the app (you should see a loading icon of a runner for less than one second, means it is transferring the setting to the watch)

3. change again the voice language to French

4. after that, back to the main menù of the app (you should see a loading icon of a runner for less than one second, means it is transferring the setting to the watch)

Then you can close the garmin connect app on the phone.
