Sleep tracking no where near accurate?

So this has annoyed me for a while, sleep tracking is no where near accurate.  It always gets duration wrong, meaning readiness wrong, body battery wrong, sleep score wrong, daily suggested workout wrong.  

As the pics show I got over 8hrs, reality being I’m a bit of an insomniac, I fall asleep okay around 8, wake up soon after 1 and that’s me, I get about 4/5hrs sleep.  I managed some online shopping, went to the toilet yet I was asleep until after 4am

Anyone else have this issue?
