Loud buzzing with vibration fēnix 7X Pro – Sapphire Solar Edition

Has anyone experienced a loud buzzing noise when the watch vibrates?? This is really annoying. Just started today and have only been wearing the watch for a month.

Contact support to clarify whether the watch needs to be replaced. I suspect that the motor is defective.

Already contacted. Customer support could hear the buzzing over the phone. Exchange in progress
