Bluetooth suddenly stopped working.

My Fenix 7X Solar is about 4 months old and the other night the Bluetooth just stopped working. I can't determine if I can turn it back on or if the watch needs to be repaired. It is a bit of a pain, but it will still sync by WIFI, which although inconvenient, I can still track my data. Does anyone have any idea how to turn the Bluetooth back on?

I am sorry to hear you are having this issue. For this, I would recommend trying this initial steps to resolve this.

    1. Ensure the phone OS is on the latest version
    2. Ensure the watch SW is on the latest version using Garmin Express
    3. Uninstall the Connect Mobile app
    4. Clear the phone cache and history
    5. Ensure the watch does not appear in the phone's Bluetooth menu. If it is, please remove the device
    6. Powercycle the watch and phone. To do this, hold the Light button until this shuts off. Then power on again
    7. Reinstall the Connect Mobile app
    8. Try the pairing again ( Be sure there are no other Bluetooth enabled device nearby)

To pair again, sign into the the Connect app. Place the watch in pairing mode. Use you phone camera to scan the QR code. This will open the Connect app. Allow the app to walk you through pairing.
