Garmin fenix 7 pro sensors is not working at all and the backlight is off

I have garmin fenix 7 pro v 17.28. Out of sudden the backlight sensors turned off and the heart rate sensor is not working. Itried hard reset, restart and reinstalling the software but non restored the sensors

Have you tried a factory reset as well?

Yes and still same issue the backlights are totally off and HR is not working

Then I think there is nothing left to try, you will need to contact Garmin support and ask for a replacement.

Maybe one thing that you can still try before is to register for the beta program and see if updating to the latest beta firmware solves the issue.
