I created a course for biking. Then I started navigating that course. Fenix 7 displays statistics and map with navigation guidelines, but it not comfortable to look at watch every time I need to make a turn. I would prefer to have navigation directions shown on my android phone. Is it possible via Garmin app?

You would be able to navigate a course from the phone using the Garmin Explore app.
No it's not, but you do very handily get instructions through Bluetooth headphones.
You can also buy a handlebar mount for the watch it you prefer to see the map.
