After forced reset Fenix 7, stuck in a loop

My Fenix 7 watch started behaving strangely,(buttons wouldn’t work), so opted to reset (forced). it has gone into a feedback loop. Keeps asking if I want default settings and telling me I have installed Spotify - looked online and this appears to happen a lot but no solutions.
Tried to reset again but stuck in the same loop still - how do I resolve?

Hello,
Had exactly the same problem yesterday, and now it is stuck in the boot loop with some spotify message sometimes... The watch only has like 1 and a half year so a bit upset.. Gonna try to get in…

I would try connecting your watch to the computer and uninstalling Spotify via the Garmin Express software. I once had a similar problem with an installed Didplaydesign.
