Connect IQ watch faces not installing

I am trying to install a bunch of watch faces but they never work. It just prompts me to install again and does not queue a download. Anyone else?

It's just some, like the premium ones. The new official Porsche and Mickey mouse faces made by Garmin won't install. But the ones made by community developers all mostly install.

Hello! I noticed it too! I have the same problem! When I want to install dials from the machine shop, I get an error!

Is it every watch face or just some? If every watch face contact Garmin Support. If only some contact the specific watch face developer from the watch face page in CIQ.

I get the usual access warning for which I click Allow, and then... it just doesn't install at all. Other watch faces work fine & queue up properly.

There should be a link on the watch face page so that you can contact the developer. Use that even if it is a Garmin watch face.

Had this quite a lot of times beginning w/ FW 14.36 I seem to remember w/ different CIQ WFs & Apps from different developers. A reset using the light button 'till shutdown + power on again fixed it for me every time. This often happened more than one time when I had one of those "lets install some new WFs" days. -> Reset and next install.

Acctually it was the same version when it started to happen that I tried to deinstall one WF but actually another one got deleted. This happend a lot when I had WFs from the same developer - no matter which one, if there more than one from the same dev the wrong one was gone. Learned to live with that as minor inconvenience.
