There is no support doing so from Bosch.
On the FAQ page, it does list the Fenix 7 as compatible:

I can't get it to work on my Fenix 7 Pro, latest s/w update and a new Bosch CX bike (just updated to the latest firmware).
Yes, because Garmin supports the respective ANT/BLE protocols for e-bikes and Bosch does not. They force you to buy their devices instead of using other brands like Garmin.
In that case, Garmin may want to update their FAQ page, link above, to reflect this situation.
I don't see Garmin doing the work. They provide the interface, after all.
