Garmin Coach and My Activity not Sync'd

I am doing a Coach Plan, but today when I went out for my Time Trial run, it was not sync'd to my watch. I did the activity as per the Coaches Activity and saved it to Connect. But at the moment it is shown as the Time Trial as not being completed and that I have done a run which has matched the Time Trial.
Is there a way to synchronise my activity and the coaches activity so that my next activities show up in my plan?

    I am sorry to hear you are having this issue. If you are still having trouble having trouble getting the activity synced to Connect, I would recommend trying the sync with Garmin Express…

    I am sorry to hear you are having this issue. If you are still having trouble having trouble getting the activity synced to Connect, I would recommend trying the sync with Garmin Express on a computer. You can also try manually importing the activity using these steps: 

    How Do I Manually Upload an Activity I Recorded to Garmin Connect? Usually the activity can be found in the Activity or Temp folder of the watch. 

    Once imported, if this is still not associated with the Coach plan, there is not a way to force this activity to be recognized as part of the plan. However if this occurs again with your time trial activity, please feel free to reach out to me via Private Message so we can investigate this more closely. 

  • Hi Laurie, thank you for the response. Everything is Syncing correctly, the issue I had was that my run was not registered against the Coaches Activity and as such did not allow me to go past the Time Trial. I have done the Time Trial a second time and this has resolved the issue.

    It would have been nice if there was a feature, that allowed you to associate a run with a coach activity to cater for such problems.

    But for now, I am sorted. Thanks.
