My Fenix 7 locks up if I charge it to 100%.

My Fenix 7 locks up if I charge it to 100%. It will reach full charge and remain locked until I do a soft restart, then it seems to work fine. If I disconnect the charging cable prior to 100% full charge I don't see the issue. Any recommendations?

I would definitely recommend ensuring the Software is on the latest version 17.28 using Garmin Express. I would also see if the same issue occurs when charging with a wall outlet and computer…

I would definitely recommend ensuring the Software is on the latest version 17.28 using Garmin Express. I would also see if the same issue occurs when charging with a wall outlet and computer port.

If there is no change, I would recommend a factory reset using these steps:

Ensure the watch is powered off.
- You may need to hold LIGHTfor up to 30 seconds to turn the watch off.
Press and hold BACK and START/STOP.
Press LIGHT to power the watch on while holding these two buttons.
After the first beep release START/STOP.
After the second beep release the remaining button.
