I have tried rebooting, restarting and resetting my phone, the garmin connect app and my watch multiple times.
Through Garmin Express I can connect my watch to my garmin account, which then shows up in my connect app, but then when given the option to connect the two devices, the watch is 'initializing' and the phone cannot see the device.
I have also tried downloading the connect app on another phone and trying to connect the watch there, which was also unsuccessful, leading me to suspect that the watch may have an issue with the latest software.
Any ideas as to what could be the issue/ how it can be resolved?
