Activity not in available on garmin connect

Hello,

I did a triathlon yesterday using my Fenix 7. Afterwards i saved the activity like usual and was looking at the data for the race using the last activity. Once i had my phone again i tried syncing my watch and it would not upload the activity. I had simultaneously recorded the bike leg only on my Garmin edge 530. As soon as the edge activity uploaded, the multisport triathlon activity does not appear in the history of my watch, and is not on garmin connect. While viewing my training status, my training load has a large increase 575 which makes sense for the race so the watch clearly had the activity at some point.

Anyone have a similar issue and find a fix? I've tried to sync via connect app, wifi, garmin express- all to no success.

Yup, just completed an Olympic Triathlon and exact same issue. Very disappointing and really takes the shine off a great day.

Interesting....my workout today is saved on my watch but when I sync the app, it does not show up. This is the first time I’ve ever encountered this...now I’m wondering if there’s an issue with the app itself. Hmmm.

I have the same issue - though my garmin edge 1030 bike leg also won't upload. I can only see it in my recent activities on my Fenix. I've also tried garmin express etc but it's just not showing.

ALSO HAVING THE SAME ISSUE. Just did a sprint triathlon as training for a race I have coming up. The activity recorded just fine on my watch but is not uploading to Garmin Connect. Would love to look at my splits and other data on the app. Pretty frustrating stuff @Garmin !

There’s a TempFit folder ( or something like that) on the watch. Check in there for the activity. If it’s there, manually upload it to GC

I have the exact same issue. Everything is synced apart from some activities. It happened regularly for a month or so but not to all activities. Mostly runs with HRM strap seem to be not syncing. Plugging the watch to pc helps but this is not ideal. In the past never had this issues.

I also eventually managed to recover my files with the help of a friend - I have no PC to plug my watch into and it wasn’t showing files on my Mac. For a £500+ watch, it is extremely poor that this is not being acknowledged by Garmin. I contacted support and they gave me instructions to fix it and told me to delete the file from my watch as it may be corrupted. More likely one of their updates has broken something as it worked just fine on my Fenix 6 last year.

I have the same issue, I just completed a Triathlon, and I can see it on my watch last activity, but it won't sync with my phone or via Garmin Express using my PC.

Literally just completed a Triathlon with the Fenix Pro 7x it wasn’t uploaded. Switched over from apple for the hardcore activity tracking. But my friend with the apple watch uploaded their activity successfully… Stumbled upon this thread. Hope this gets fixed soon…
