Torch Light Issue on Garmin 7X Solar Sapphire Titanium

I recently purchased a second-hand Garmin 7X Pro Solar Sapphire Titanium, and I've noticed that the torch light isn't working. Is there a debug mode or a way to access logs on a PC to determine when the torch light stopped working? Or is there a system notification indicating the malfunction?

I am asking because I want to prove that the torch light was already broken before I bought it and that it wasn't my fault...

    I am sorry to hear the watch is having this issue. For this, I would recommend trying a couple initial troubleshooting steps.

    I am sorry to hear the watch is having this issue. For this, I would recommend trying a couple initial troubleshooting steps. 

    • To activate the flashlight, you can double press the Light button. Or hold the Light button, and select the Flashlight from the controls menu. 
    • If this is not responding, I would recommend trying a hard reset. For this, hold the Light button until the watch shuts off, as opposed to selecting power off. Then power the watch on again. 
    • If there is no change, you can also try a factory reset with these steps: 
    1. Ensure the watch is powered off.
      • You may need to hold LIGHTfor up to 30 seconds to turn the watch off.
    2. Press and hold BACK and START/STOP.
    3. Press LIGHT to power the watch on while holding these two buttons.
    4. After the first beep release START/STOP.
    5. After the second beep release the remaining button.
