Jet Lag Advisor Setup for Multi-Leg European Trip

I am planning a multi-city European trip and would like some advice on setting up the Jet Lag Advisor on my Garmin device. Here's a quick rundown of my flight itinerary:

  • Depart from Los Angeles to Paris, then onward to Geneva, and later to Venice.
  • Additional travel includes various train journeys across Europe.

My question focuses on flights with minimal time changes, such as those within the same time zone:

  1. Should I enter these short, same-time-zone flight legs into the Jet Lag Advisor?
  2. How does the Jet Lag Advisor handle flights where the time change is negligible or zero? (Will this overwrite the 'longer leg'?)

I'm looking to optimize my schedule to minimize jet lag throughout the trip. Any insights or tips on how to use the Jet Lag Advisor effectively for such a schedule would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you!
