Can anyone tell me what this icon means?

As it's apparently a 3rd party watch face, it's hard to say for sure, but my guess is body battery?

Does anything happen when you long press the icon?

The displayed value is 0, so it cannot be a body battery. The minimum value for body battery is 5.

Couldn't you check the watch face settings (Connect IQ)? It usually gives you the names of available complications.

I saw so many times questions about things described in manual that stopped to be supprised.

1. Activities recorded.
2. Dance moves hit.
3. Single-leg balance score.

Hey, thanks for the feedback. I figured it out. Adam-1972 is correct, it's number of minutes active. Once I saw that post I tested it and that's it!
