I bought the Tactix 7 pro solar 18months ago, it has worked perfectly the entire time, I have taken great care with it and its in next to perfect condition. Yesterday I went for a run in Melbourne Australia Temperature was between 0 and 1 degree the watch was 53% percent when I began the run then 1km in I looked to check my pace and the watch had completely turned off. I got back home tried charging it and nothing I've tried every reset key permutation I've tried the 15 second light reset I've held it in even for 2 mins I've plugged in then taken it off charge tried again I've tried the hard reset buttons and nothing. The watch is completely unresponsive and thr charging cable works ad it works with my partners watch. The only thing I can think of is I did a recent software update 36 hours earlier
