Should be in the \GARMIN\Activity folder. If not, check the TempFIT folder

If you get any errors when attempting a manual upload, attach it to this thread. We can take a look to see if it is repairable.

• Zip the file, then in a reply post Insert >> Image/video/file >> click Upload >> browse for file >> OK.
• Or upload the fit file to a reputable file sharing service, such as OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox, make the file public, then paste a link to the file in your post.

Maybe you had some time in zone 0. Check the HR zones and which HR ranges they have. Why no time in zone 1?

Total time: 1 h 26 minutes = 86 minutes

13% => 11.18

74% => 63.64

7% => 6.02

3% => 2.58

Total: 83.42 minutes

So, it looks ok. You might have had 2 minutes in zone 0 or there is a rounding error on the percentages.

What is odd is the minutes calculated by the watch. Maybe the watch is calculating it wrong or there is something we don't understand about those values.

Check the moving time. The time you see in the watch is probably the total time.

Yes, it’s correct that the 74% of 83 minutes is 63 minutes, but as you see, the watch shows that I stayed in Z3 25 minutes also when it says that I stayed in z3 the 74% of the total time.

Check the moving time. The percentages looks ok. It it the times that are odd.

I can’t find the file nor in the activity folder neither in the temp fit folder
