Activity missing in Garmin Connect, not synced (running)

This is the second time, my run activity isn't synced to Garmin Connect, while a second activity recorded an hour earlier is synced.

I can see details still on the Fenix 7 Pro, and - surprisungly - I can see the missind activity on Explorer App.

Any idea? Somebody had similar experience?

This worked perfectly, what I did: once back home I've connected Fenix to mac via USB, used android file manager to navigate down into the GARMIN folder where I've found a "TempFIT" sub-folder carrying…

Similar issue here on Fenix 7 solar. Missing Hiking activity on Connect, that does show flawlessly on the Explore app.

Hi,

this is a perfect solution in case you notice the missing run - if you do not, it is forever gone.

Mine was already in the activities folder, but was not processed by Garmin Connect.

Any hints, more than welcome!

I have: removed/ reinstalled the connect app; restarted the watch; I’m on PTO far off room my laptop, the only way I can sync is via mobile but it seems faulty right now…

also fyi: I was asked to update the firmware just an hour past the end of the hike, now v.17.28

then, you can try to find .fit file corresponding to your activity and try to upload it manually on garmin connect web

my problem is much worse, after update 17.28 fenix 7 completely lost any wireless connectivity

I've copied the .fit file from there into the Activity folder, disconnected the Fenix, run a sync via the mobile app and...all's good now.

I have the same issue on a Forerunner 165 since last Wednesday

Done with Garmin. This is my second watch, 5 years later. No thanks. Life is too short to struggle with this.
