Hi,
Yesterday, I updated my Tactix 7 AMOLED to firmware 17.20. Since then, my watch has been disconnected from my phone (Galaxy S23 Ultra) and can't connect to any Wi-Fi network.
Things I have tried:
- Restarting my phone
- Restarting my Tactix 7 AMOLED
- Ensuring Stealth Mode is disabled
- Ensuring Do Not Disturb is off
Despite these efforts, it still won't connect to my phone or Wi-Fi. However, the ECG app works fine. Additionally, my watch no longer connects to my TEMPE sensor, which was working perfectly before the update.
Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated as this is quite urgent!
