For some reason my last two runs my running power has dropped to 1/3 of usual. The below two runs are nearly same distance, pace, HR, but running power for the one I did last week was around 300w average which is usual for me, but the two runs I have done this week have both said they were around 90w average. My friend that was running with me, also using a Fenix watch was around 300w. This low power had other affects, like my sweat loss was estimated 1/3 his, calories 1/3 of his, etc. Anyone know why my running power is all of a sudden cut by 1/3?
Update: In case someone else has this issue, it was my weight updated by the Garmin Index scale at 1/3 my weight which makes sense why everything was off that much.
