Most (not all) data is not syncing from Fenix 7 to Garmin Connect

I received a secondhand Fenix 7 to upgrade from the 5X Plus. I hard reset the 7, and setup as a new device in Garmin Connect. I then removed the 5X Plus to force the & to be my preferred device. After wearing for three days and recording 2 runs, it seems the only data syncing from the watch to Garmin Connect is Heart Rate and Last Activity. Nothing else is syncing. No steps, sleep, Intensity min, stress, etc.

I've factory reset the Fenix 7 again, uninstalled and reinstalled Garmin Connect and reconnected the two. I've also confirmed that the device has permission to upload to Garmin Connect via the privacy setting in Garmin Express. Short of calling Garmin support, I have yet to find a solution on my own. Any suggestions?

Have you checked in connect that the F7 is actually registered as the primary wearable?

Try connecting your fenix to your computer and update it with Garmin Express via USB port.
Make sure your PC detects the device correctly and possibly look for recent errors in the text file in the Garmin/Evntlogs folder

When deleting the F5 from Garmin Connect, it displayed a message stating that the F7 would not be my primary. Where can I visually confirm within Garmin Connect?

I've connected via USB and its fully up to date. Where do I access the text file withing Express to check for errors? I'm not seeing any Event log folder.

I can confirm that the browser version of Garmin Connect is showing the F7 as "Primary Training Device".

Devices>Fenix 7> 3 dots top right > Manage device priority

The issue has been resolved. I tried from a clean slate a few times by deleting the device, app, and factory reset of the device. After the 3rd attempt at this, if finally connected properly and is currently pushing all date from the F7 to Garmin Connect.
