Multisport Activity

Hi all,

I have a Garmin Fenix 7s. I used the multisport feature for a triathlon, second time I have used it.
This time the activity did not push to Garmin. I did all the usual, disconnected bluetooth, on/off, logout/ log back in.

I can see the activity on the watch but I can get it to submit, I have also completed activities since & these are submitting ok.

I also attempted to grab the file but I am on Mac, & connecting the watch it isnt being recognised by the laptop which is weird.

Any ideas?

If you get any message other than Import Complete, then there is a problem with the file. Attach it to this thread. We can take a look to see if it is repairable.

Zip the file, then in a reply post Insert >> Image/video/file >> click Upload >> browse for file >> OK.
Or upload the fit file to a reputable file sharing service, such as OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox, make the file public, then paste a link to the file in your post.
