Combination Fenix 7x with ocassionaly with 6x

Hi folks!

I have a Fenix 7x and for downhill, pool swimming, rock climbing I want to buy an older fenix 6x.

I want to ask if the Hill Score and Endurance score on the Fenix 7x and Connect App will also count the activities uploaded from the older 6x which does not provide these features.

Did somebody test a combination of a older and newer garmin fenix watch?

These metrics require the activities be recorded on a compatible device. So only the activities that are compatible with Hill Score and Endurance Score will impact these metrics.

Since both the Tactix 7 and the Fenix 7x support the Hill Score and the Endurance Score, Activities recorded on both of these will be accounted in this.

Some of those data are calculated and recorded while the activity is being recorded on the watch. It may not sync everything correctly. Even if you have the same watch, I'm not sure every data will be synced correctly. Just go with the Fenix 7 and just buy some protectors if you fear scratching it.
